Simplified License Summary

By purchasing a license, you agree to the full Image License Agreement (available for free download below, and will also be included with all license purchases).

Individual License: For single-person use only or sole proprietor business.


Corporate License: For business use and priced by tiers based on the total number of employees. The corporate license covers internal use by employees up to the declared headcount tier.


If employee count increases to the next tier, the company must upgrade its license.


Renewal: Automatically renews monthly or yearly, depending on license tier, unless canceled at least 20 days before renewal.


Fees: Annual or monthly, depending on tier, non-refundable.


Usage Rights: Licensees may use the Images for approved business or personal purposes such as print, web, or social media.


Restrictions: No resale, sharing, redistribution, modification, or use in logos, trademarks, or unlawful content.


Ownership: All copyrights and trademarks remain with Pete VR, Inc.


Termination: If terms are violated, the license is void and all use must stop.


Effective Date: The date of purchase.
